The company currently produces just over 60,000 meters of fabrics per day, rolling an annual production of 21.60 Million Meters. The road so far & the road ahead
Paramount began weaving operations in a small shed dating back to 1979-80 as a family owned business & is still is. From just over a 2000 Meters a day, the company grew from strength to strength to emerge as a leader in manufacturing of greige. The company was one among the select few and first mills in India to be accredited with the ISO Status.

She hails from the illustrious family of Karumuttu Thiagarajar Chettiar, a Doyen in the field of textiles, Founder of Several Educational & Charitable institutions, 18 Textile Mills and the Bank of Madura (Today ICICI). The Marketing & Finance Divisions of the company are handled by Mr. Ram in his capacity as the Director. The company achieved the Bronze Trophy for the 3rd highest global exporter of cotton grey fabrics from India for the year 2009-2010.
